    1. Location of pain indicates foreign body location
      1. Anterior jaw pain (pharynx)
      2. Neck pain (cervical esophagus below cricopharyngeous)
      3. Chest Pain (thoracic esophagus)
  4. Evaluation
    1. Indirect or fiberoptic laryngoscopy
    2. XRay of soft tissues of neck
    3. Chest XRay
    4. Barium swallow or Gastrografin
      1. Indicated for suspected Esophageal Perforation
  5. Management
    1. Airway compromise
      1. Heimlich Maneuver
      2. Emergent cricothyrotomy
    2. Esophageal Foreign Body
    3. Endoscopy with removal in operating room
