5. Associated foods
  1. Blue cheese
  2. Tomatoes
6. Malignancy
Signs
1. Annular Lesions
2. Red Plaque with central clearing and trailing scale
3. Distribution typically over the proximal extremities and trunk
Diagnosis
1. Skin Biopsy
Labs
1. KOH of lesion
2. Antinuclear Antibody (ANA)
3. Tuberculin skit test (TST or PPD)
4. Complete Blood Count (CBC)
5. Liver Function Tests
6. Urine Pregnancy Test
Imaging
1. Chest XRay
