Mechanism
1. Mild Immune enhancing effect
Dosing
1. Start: 25-40 mg/kg (MAX 400 mg tid) divided bid-tid
2. Course: Treat for 2-3 months
Side effects
1. Unpleasant syrup
2. Drug interactions
3. Gynecomastia with prolonged use
Efficacy: Mild effect
1. Not nearly as pronounced as originally thought
