Indication
1. Acne Vulgaris
Preparation
1. Gel or Lotion 10 mg/ml
Directions
1. Apply a thin film qd/bid
2. Often Used with a Comedolytic (Retin-A)
Advantages
1. Only solution that reliably penetrates comedones
2. Reaches bactericidal levels within comedones
Disadvantages
1. Resistance develops in 25% of patients within 6 months
