- Symptoms
- Pruritic rash comprised of bands in concentric circles
- Bands move as much as 1 cm daily
- Signs
- Characteristics
- Concentric waves of erythema (wood grain appearance)
- Erythema may be be flat (macular) or slightly raised
- Fine white scale may be present
- Distribution
- Trunk
- Proximal arms and legs
- Spares face, hands and feet
- Characteristics
- Differential Diagnosis

- Course
- Onset often precedes cancer diagnosis by 9 months
- Resolves within 1 week of cancer treatment
