- Causes
- Often idiopathic
- Trauma or burn injury

- Bleeding from friable lesion

- Small bright red to yellow dome-shaped Papule
- Moist, glistening surface
- Often pedunculated
- Later
- Fibrous lesion similar to fibroma

- Head and neck

- Finger tips
- Lateral nailfold (periungual)
- Gingiva
- Occurs in children and young adults
- Pregnant women (Epulis gravidarum)
- Resolves with delivery
- Eyelid (most common acquired eyelid lesion)
- Differential Diagnosis
- Amelanotic Melanoma

- Management
- Shave excision with electrodesiccation and curretage
- Recurs if not completely excised
