- White sponge nevus
- Squamous Cell Carcinoma
- Signs: Cancer-prone mucosal locations
- Lateral or Ventral Tongue
- Floor of mouth (especially near Wharton's Duct)
- Mandibular retromolar trigone
- Tonsillar pillar and Soft Palate complex
- Evaluation for Leukoplakia
- Rule out traumatic cause
- Biopsy!
