Epidemiology
1. Most often occurs in patients over age 60 years

Symptoms: Provocative maneuvers
1. Head turning
2. Tight shirt collar
3. Valsalva maneuver
4. Shaving
Signs
1. Electrophysiologic evaluation normal
2. Carotid Sinus Massage results in one of three findings
  1. Three second sinus pause
    1. Sinus Bradycardia
    2. Atrioventricular Block
  2. Hypotension without Bradycardia
  3. Syncope with normal pulse and Blood Pressure
Differential Diagnosis
